How It Works

  1. Download and open the PDF for your paper size and preferred layout.
  2. Choose a theme and print a copy for each player. Have pens or pencils ready; scissors are useful for cutting 2-up sheets.
  3. Write one linking word in each gap, following the theme rule on that page. Score 1 point per correct answer; highest score wins and ties share the win.
  4. Keep the answer pages with the host until everyone has finished.

Printing Notes

For the largest text and writing space, choose a full-page file: US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) or A4 (210 x 297 mm). Print at Actual Size or 100%.

The 2-up PDFs are already arranged in landscape, pairing rounds 1 + 2, then 3 + 4, and so on. Print one PDF page per physical sheet; do not apply another "2 pages per sheet" printer setting. Guides and keys are grouped separately. An odd support or answer page can leave a blank half. Test one sheet to check the full borders, then cut down the center if needed.
