Anniversary Games for Partners or Guests
Choose Anniversary Couples Answer Match when partners want to compare separate responses, or a voting game when guests will join the action. A Would You Rather sheet gives everyone a personal-choice activity without requiring partner-match scoring.
Keep partner answers separate until the reveal
Anniversary Couples Answer Match contains 12 partner questions. Each partner writes independently, then both answers are revealed and a point is awarded for a match.
Print one copy per participating person and provide pens. The fixed files come in A4 and US Letter, with two pages in each size.
Arrange the writing so partners do not see each other's responses before the reveal. Decide how you will handle equivalent wording before scoring, rather than changing the standard after a disputed answer.
The score belongs to the game. It does not measure relationship quality or how well a couple ought to know each other.
Let the room join through voting
Couples Most Likely To supplies 12 prompts. The host reads each and guests point to the partner they think fits, or raise hands as directed.
Only one host copy is required; pens are not needed for this format. Preview the prompts with the couple so the public attention is something they want.
As a hosting choice, let either partner or a guest pass on a prompt. Keep explanations brief and voluntary. A group vote should not become a discussion of private disagreements or a verdict about either person.
Use a personal-choice sheet for another approach
Anniversary Would You Rather has 12 choice pairs. Guests circle an option in each pair and compare their choices.
This is not the same as predicting the anniversary couple's answers or earning points for matching a partner. Explain which task you have chosen before distributing sheets.
The PDFs are fixed and non-editable. Review the actual choices before deciding whether they suit your guests, rather than assuming a general anniversary title fits every group.
Prepare copies for the actual mechanic
- For partner matching, print a separate sheet per participant.
- For read-aloud voting, prepare one host copy.
- For personal choices, print individual player copies and provide pens.
- Explain whether the round has a score or is simply a comparison.
- Finish before speeches or the anniversary toast.
These three products offer different ways for people to take part. Choose the one that gives the couple the role they prefer, with room for guests who would rather watch or join the conversation afterward.
