Etsy sends an automatic email receipt with a direct download link. The Etsy mobile app does not currently support file downloads, so use a web browser or a computer.

Files are delivered as high-resolution PDFs, or JPEGs where the listing says so. Check each listing for the exact sizes provided, for example 5x7 inches, US Letter or A4.
How can I print my files?
Print at home on a standard printer; for best results use heavy cardstock (80lb-110lb, 200-300 gsm). Or save the files to a USB or email them to a local print shop such as Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens or FedEx, or upload them to an online printing service like VistaPrint or Shutterfly.
