What You Receive

BEFORE THE PARTY

Ask the boss to fill in the two private answer pages before play; the quiz and word-matching game use those personal answers. Give each player one copy of each worksheet you choose to play. In the full-page editions, the player worksheets are original pages 4, 5, 6 and 10. In the two-per-page editions, these appear on print sheets 2, 3 and 5; print enough copies for your players and cut along the center guides. Each paired sheet contains two different original pages. Prepare one set of the charades cards from original pages 7–9. Keep the host guide and answer pages with the host. All page references in the guide refer to the original 14-page order after cutting. Have pens, scissors and a timer ready. The host guide explains timing, scoring and ties for all five games.

Download the files after purchase and open your chosen edition in a PDF reader. Use matching US Letter or A4 paper and print at 100% or Actual Size, with one PDF page per sheet of paper. Use portrait orientation for full-page editions and landscape orientation for two-per-page editions. The two-per-page layout is already built into the file; leave your printer's multiple-pages-per-sheet setting off. Cut each landscape sheet along the light dashed center line to separate its two pages. Ordinary white paper works for the worksheets; cardstock is useful for the charades cards. Cut the charades cards along their smaller dashed guides and shuffle. Color printing reproduces the look shown; colors may vary between screens and printers.

Files Included

All four editions contain the same five games and 24 charades cards. Full-page editions have 14 PDF pages. Two-per-page editions have seven PDF pages; cutting them down the center gives you the same complete content as 14 smaller pages, including the cover, host guide and answers. The paired pages follow the original reading order from 1 + 2 through 13 + 14.

Made For Your Gathering

Boss's Day parties, boss appreciation lunches, coworker get-togethers and office team celebrations. The quiz and phrase-matching game need the boss's answers in advance; the other three games use the included prompts and host information.

How To Play

• Have the boss privately complete the two boss answer sheets before the event.
• Give players copies of the worksheets for the games you choose.
• Cut and shuffle the 24 charades cards for the team acting game.
• Follow the host guide for each game's timing and scoring. Use the boss's completed sheets for the two personal-answer games and the included key for the emoji challenge.
• Accept other valid office words for the A–Z game. Celebrate the winner of each game and share any ties.

Download & Set Up

Download the files and choose the paper size and page layout you prefer. Print the selected sheets, cut two-per-page sheets along the center guide and arrange the pages in their original order. Prepare the boss's private answer pages and cut the charades cards, then gather pens and a timer. Read both host-guide pages before play.

• Choose the PDF that matches your US Letter or A4 paper and preferred page layout.
• Print at 100% or Actual Size, with one PDF page per sheet. Do not apply an additional two-pages-per-sheet printer setting.
• Full-page editions are portrait. Every sheet in a two-per-page edition is landscape, with a light dashed center cutting line.
• Print one copy of each chosen player worksheet per player. Original worksheet pages are 4, 5, 6 and 10; they appear on print sheets 2, 3 and 5 in a two-per-page PDF. The two pages on a paired sheet are different.
• Original page numbers and host-guide references refer to the 14-page reading order after cutting, rather than the seven PDF sheet numbers.
• Charades cards: original pages 7–9, on two-per-page print sheets 4–5. Prepare one complete set and cut along the card guides.
• Keep original pages 2–3 and 11–14 with the host.
• White paper is suitable for worksheets; cardstock can make the charades cards sturdier.
• Screen, printer and paper settings can affect color.
