These shop-level answers accompany the exact product file details and compatibility notes above.
How do I access my digital files after purchasing?
Etsy sends an automatic email receipt with a direct download link. You can also log in to Etsy in a web browser (Safari or Chrome), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews, and click Download Files. The Etsy mobile app does not currently support file downloads, so use a web browser or a computer.
Can I download the files on my phone or tablet?
Not inside the Etsy app. Open a web browser such as Safari or Chrome, log in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews.
What file format will I get?
Files are delivered as high-resolution PDFs, or JPEGs where the listing says so. Check each listing for the exact sizes provided, for example 5x7 inches, US Letter or A4.
How can I print my files?
Print at home on a standard printer; for best results use heavy cardstock (80lb-110lb, 200-300 gsm). Or save the files to a USB or email them to a local print shop such as Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens or FedEx, or upload them to an online printing service like VistaPrint or Shutterfly.

Because digital files are delivered instantly, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not offered once files are purchased. If you have any technical issue or trouble accessing your files, message the shop on Etsy for help.
