Prepare the school-wide picture set

School Staff Bingo contains 50 board arrangements and 36 illustrated callers. Examples include School Bus, Crossing Paddle, Safety Vest and Walkie-Talkie.

The set is designed for school staff appreciation, team lunches and community gatherings. The caller reads and shows each picture while players mark the matching square. It does not ask staff to answer personal questions or complete a professional knowledge test.

Its token sheet contains 36 markers for one player. Print extra token copies for the remaining players or provide appropriate removable markers. One included sheet is not a supply of markers for all 50 boards.

Use the correct two-up printing settings

School Staff supplies 58-page full-size PDFs and 29-page landscape two-up PDFs in A4 and US Letter. The two-up pages are already arranged side by side.

Keep the printer's Pages per Sheet setting at one when using that ready-made layout. Match the paper size, use landscape for the two-up file and inspect a sample before making the group set.

The four files contain the same 50 boards. Selecting another paper size does not create additional designs.

Compare the teacher-focused alternative accurately

Teacher Bingo uses classroom and appreciation pictures such as Apple, Teacher Badge and Thank You Card. It also contains 50 boards and 36 callers.

Like School Staff Bingo, its full-page PDFs have 58 pages and the two-per-page editions have 29. The 36-token sheet supplies one player, so print extra copies for your group.

Choose the pictured theme that fits the gathering, then follow that product's own setup instructions.

Add a separate coworker story only if wanted

Office Appreciation Pass the Prize is a general workplace companion, not a teacher-specific bingo component. The host provides one wrapped prize and reads the left/right script.

The source recommends six to twelve players. Plan its group arrangement separately rather than assuming it accommodates the same set of players as bingo.

Before the event:

1. Select one bingo product and edition.
2. Print player boards and support pages separately.
3. Prepare enough markers.
4. Choose and explain the winning pattern.
5. Keep drawn callers for verification.

A clear materials check prevents a staff celebration from pausing while the host searches for missing tokens or discovers the handouts printed smaller than intended.
