Made For Your Gathering

Case Management Week, case manager recognition lunches, care coordination events and hospital team socials. Print a card for each participant, prepare one calling set for the host and set out enough markers for the group. A short hosted round works well alongside a celebration lunch or as part of a longer activity session.

• Picture squares with readable labels and a clearly marked FREE center.
• Dark page borders and a light dashed center cut guide in the two-per-page player layout.

How To Play

• Give each player one card and enough markers. Cut apart the full set of 36 calling cards.
• Mark the center FREE square. Agree on five in a row, column or diagonal, or choose a full-card win before starting.
• Shuffle the calling set. Draw a card, read the label aloud and show the picture so players can find their matching square.
• Keep the drawn cards together and tick the caller checklist. When someone calls BINGO, check every square in the claimed pattern against the drawn cards.
• Share simultaneous wins. Remove the markers and reshuffle the complete calling set to play again.

Download & Set Up

• Download the purchased PDF files through your Etsy purchases using a computer or mobile browser.
• Open the file matching your paper and chosen card layout.
• Print one player card per person, a calling set and checklist for the host, and enough token sheets for your group.
• Cut the calling cards and markers along their guides. Read the host guide and choose a winning pattern before the first call.

Printing Notes

• Select 100% or Actual Size and use paper matching the chosen PDF.
• Ordinary white paper works for player cards. Cardstock makes calling cards and markers sturdier.
• Two-per-page player and token sheets include a light dashed center cut line.
• Print in color to reproduce the illustrated palette shown in the previews. Paper, printer and screen settings can affect appearance.
• Use removable markers, coins or reusable sleeves to play again. Physical supplies and prizes are not included.

Before You Buy

• This is a digital PDF download. No physical product will be shipped.
• Text, artwork and layout are fixed; editing and personalization are not included.
• AI-assisted artwork has been arranged into the final printable game design.
