Pharmacy Bingo Without the Last-Minute Cutting
The Pharmacy Week lunch is almost ready, and your bingo is still one giant sheet of paper. Do the cutting before the food shows up: print different boards, separate the 36 calling cards and put markers at every seat. Then one caller runs the whole round while everyone else plays. These steps take you from choosing a PDF to checking the winning line, and your own lunch stays out of the scissors marathon.
Print a sample before you print 50 boards
Print one edition, starting with a sample

Open the A4 or US Letter PDF that matches your paper. Pick full-page cards for larger pictures or the prepared two-per-page version to use less paper. All four files contain the same 50 boards, so you only need one edition.
Print a sample at Actual Size or 100%, single-sided. Full-page files use portrait orientation; two-per-page files use landscape. Leave the printer's Pages per Sheet setting at 1 for the prepared two-up layout. Check the pictures and complete border before printing the rest.
The Pharmacy Bingo download gives you coordinated player boards, calling cards, a checklist and a host guide. It's the right pick when you want one shared picture game with a single person leading the calls.
Give each player a different board

Count the people expected to play and select that many different player cards. The full-page files have 58 pages in total; the two-per-page files have 29 sheets. You can print the boards and support pages you need without printing the entire download.
Put one board at each place and leave a clear patch beside it for a drink or plate. Players need to see their whole grid, so keep cards out from under the refreshments. Hold back unused boards for anyone who joins before the next round.
Pack the caller's kit
Cut all 36 calls and set out the checklist

Cut apart the complete calling set along its guides. Put the pieces in one container and leave a separate space for cards already drawn. Keep the checklist beside that space with a pen ready.
Read the host guide before the gathering. The caller reads each label and shows its picture, so sit facing the players. Hold up a card from your seat: can the person at the far end see it without standing? Move closer if not.
Supply markers for every board

The listing specifies one sheet of 36 themed tokens per player. Print extra copies for your group and cut them before play, or provide removable markers of your own. One token sheet is nowhere near the whole table's supply.
Ask everyone to mark the center FREE space. Then announce the winning pattern: five in a row, column or diagonal, or a full card. Start with a line if you want a simpler first round. Tell players that simultaneous wins will be shared, as the supplied rules direct.
Call it, check it, reshuffle it
Show each call and check the winning pattern

Shuffle all 36 calls. Draw one, read the label, and show the picture before players mark the match. Leave a small pause for people still scanning their boards. Put the drawn card in the used pile and tick the checklist.
When someone calls bingo, stop drawing and check every square in their agreed pattern against the calls already made. Check any simultaneous claim too. To play again, clear the boards and reshuffle the complete calling set, including the used cards. Don't restart with only the pictures left in the container.
If someone has to step away, let them leave their board in place. Pause their play and welcome them into the next round when they're back. Rebuilding missed calls while everyone else waits makes a short break feel much longer.
Add a second activity only if there's time
The Pharmacy Week Games Bundle supplies 25 activities, including Word Search, Codebreaker and Pharmacy Tools Picture Quiz. Pick one for a later quiet table if you want a change of pace. Bingo isn't among that bundle's listed activities, so plan the two downloads separately.
Standalone Pharmacy Week Trivia offers 20 multiple-choice questions, an answer key and a host guide. It makes a clean seated follow-up: collect the bingo pieces, hand out pens, and explain the quiz before anyone starts.
Or just stop after bingo. Collect the markers, put the full calling set back in its container, and let people eat. A clean ending is part of a good party, especially when the organizer wants a lunch break too.
Questions and answers
How many token sheets should I print?
One 36-token sheet per player, according to the current listing. If cutting that many tokens would slow you down, hand out your own removable markers instead.
Do the four PDFs give me 200 boards?
No. The four PDFs hold the same 50 boards in different paper sizes and layouts. Pick one edition and give each player a different card from that set.
What happens when two people win together?
Pause the calls and check both patterns against the drawn cards. Share the win, and explain that rule before you start.
